Brandon R. McCaffery
Managing Partner
Brandon joined McCaffery Nolte and Associates, Inc. in 1994 as an Account Executive in Washington State for Costco Wholesale.
Brandon’s emphasis is on working closely with the customer and manufacturer/factory partners to source, develop and bring to market exclusive products in the furniture, home décor and home improvement/hardware categories.
Prior to 1994, Brandon spent two years as Division Manager for American Greetings. Brandon was named Vice President in May 2006 and manages the day-to-day operations of the Issaquah branch office.
Education: BS Political Science, Portland State University. Brandon is married and has two children.
Drew Nolte
Managing Partner
Drew joined McCaffery Nolte and Associates, Inc. in 2005 and has been an outstanding addition to the McCaffery team.
He has extensive experience working with Costco in various different departments and capacities dating back to 1994.
Drew’s expertise in the furniture business has truly strengthened our sales team. He travels to Asia on a regular basis to tour the factories, which gives him firsthand knowledge of the furniture market.
Drew is married and has four children.
Shannon Hamilton
Managing Partner
Shannon joined McCaffery Nolte and Associates, Inc. in 1994. Shannon’s primary focus has been in the Housewares and Table Top area.
Prior to her employment at McCaffery she worked in the retail industry for over 8 years. Shannon brings 18 years of retail experience.
Education: BS International Communications, Portland State University – Certification in Viticulture, Washington State University. Shannon lives in Portland, OR and has one child
